Now Skype for iPhone lets you get more out of the moment with friends, family and even colleagues. Skype has added a new video calling feature to its iPhone app, giving users an alternate service from Apple’s own FaceTime video chat standard.

With other Skype users you can:

• Make free Skype-to-Skype voice and video calls over 3G and WiFi.
• Share video calls on Skype with people on iPhone, PC or Mac.
• Talk face-to-face or show what you’re seeing with front- and rear-facing cameras.

The free iOS and Android version of the SoundHound app, in the holiday spirit, has been updated, bringing unlimited track IDs to smartphones, a significant increase from the previous limit of 5 per month.
