Walkman phones Sony Ericsson W902 is Officially Presented.

Sony Ericsson W902 is the first wakman phones with a 5 Megapixel photo camera and 2.2 inch TFT display. The phone weighs a shade under 100 grams and measures 110 x 49 x 11.7mm

Sony Ericsson W902 (Patty) was not yet announced but it has been spotted in several pictures.
It is actually a walkman branded Sony Ericsson C902.

The device will feature a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and auto focus, so it should offer pictures at a high quality.
