Motorola V3 The V3 is a great mobile phone, premeditated principally for its looks, although with a pretty good specification too. As all the time with this brand of phone, the functionality is condensed because of the phone's dimension, but it has a practically good feature set. When you obtain the cell phone you recognize why it have that name, the phone is incredibly thin (less than 14 mm). It is the deepness of the closed clamshell, if you open it, the handset will be even thinner, principally the top part of it. If you feel the top edge of the phone, the edge will look to be very sharp.
When first released at the last part of 2004, the V3 was luxurious and exclusive, but now the price is more realistic and it has befallen a much admired phone. The V3i shares the similar design as the V3 but with upgrade features.
The external display is a full colour screen, but nothing out of the ordinary. It displays helpful information like incoming calls, signal strength and battery life. In the interior still is a fantastic 262,000 colour TFT screen that is equivalent to the display used in the outstanding Samsung D500.
The V3 comes with a digital camera, video playback (not recording), full Bluetooth wireless connectivity, polyphonic and MP3 ringtones, Java games, and a speakerphone and quad-band capability for global roaming. The cell phone has been planned to be useful, plus is simple to use with instinctive menu, comparable to the Motorola V600. The aluminum alloy case is not only lightweight, but physically powerful too, and must survive daily bumps and scratches.
The keypad finished of slight layers of stainless steel, workings as well as any keypad and the speakerphone was a complete enjoyment, loud sufficient to my ears and clears enough.
The distinctive feature of the phone is its matter. The plastic is almost absent in the assembly, diverse alloys are predominate. It was possible to resolve this difficulty with space alloys differed by weightlessness and robustness. The weight of the handset is not more than 100 g. and it is too a success.
Motorola V3 has a keypad finished of alloy; it is one third by tallness of the smallest keypad accessible on the market. The keys has a light-blue rear light, it looks stylish. The backlight is not strong, we can say even pale but it is enough in most of cases.
