The Nokia N76 is extraordinarily slim, for a Nokia phone. The telephone is mirror-like in its shine, very nice-looking, but fairly fingerprint-prone. Even if it won't compete by the thinnest flip phones, such as Samsung's SPH-M610, the phone is a step thinner than Nokia's common block phones. It is able to accept normal headphones with its 3.5mm jack up top, and features a 2 megapixel camera on the external shell, as well as a minuscule pinhole camera facing the user. The display, a 2.4-inch, 16-million color screen, show the richest colors we've see on new phones, and together the internal and external display, handle video-recording clear, with no noise pixel or blur.
Like the other latest N-series, than N75 and N95 , the N76 is packed with features, such as, a music player capable of handling a plethora of file types, VGA video recording and FM radio. The phone management is the Symbian S60.3 OS. The phone has enthusiastic music buttons on its face, while the models we get our hands on didn't have any preloaded music. The N76 too lack GPS, a feature which overcome us on the N95.

I am using Noki N76 for last 8 months and I really like it. But I would like to pinpoint some problems I faced.
1. If you take too many photos and videos and switch between video and photo mode too much, system will hang in between adn you will be forced to switch off and on again. I happened to me 3 times. You really won't like this if you are about to take some important photos and you will be asked to restart.
2. When someone send a file ( image, or mp3 or videoclip ) using bluetooth, you will receive it as a message and later you have to open it and save it to your phone or memmory stick. I didn't like this feature.
3. It will take time for you to open the phone and activate the camera mode. So, this phone is not at all suitable if you want to take a photo sudenly.
4. When you make a call, the incoming volume is less compared to other N series. So, talking in a crowd will be difficult.
5. The maximum sound you can achive is very less when compared to other N series (I compared with N 72 and N 73)
6. The platting will come off soon and will expose the black inner layer. So prefer black color as it will no sho the diference much. Mine is red :(
All other features are really cool and I like the style of the phone. As I don't use music and Camera much, I am not finding any reason to change my phone.
Also, mentioning the good points..
1. Internet browsing experience is really good from my side.
2. Also, you have the facility to modify the menu completely fromt he root level. You can create your own folders and group applications as your choice. I really like this feature
These are my experiences with this phone. So if you are looking for a phone for songs and camera, think twice. Else go for a cannon power shot and an ipod as I did
