Samsung E250

The Samsung E250 is an entry-level cellular phone with a tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) and in-call quality is over standard. A mixture of features include the VGA camera, A2DP Bluetooth for streaming music, MP3 player, FM radio, with the included headphones stand-in as the FM antenna, 10MB of internal memory and a microSD card slot for extra storage build this one of the mainly trait filled phones in its rank. Volume is extra sufficient at its maximum surroundings, with the hands-free amplifier, a quality regularly ignored on entry-level models, works fine.
The MP3 player supports numerous file formats, counting MP3, AAC and AAC+, but Samsung's perseverance on use a proprietary headset jack, plus you can't utilize the music player at the same time as some other function, means it isn't just right. When you want, launch a message, for example, you be obliged to to exit the player, send the message, and next open the music player again.
The integrated VGA camera shoot pictures at a resolution of up to 640x480, and it has a quantity of special effects including emboss, sepia and negative, between five and 10 second self-timer. It also has a, 4x digital zoom, self-portrait mirror, multi and mosaic shooting modes and frames. Being a VGA camera, it is good for a few joyful snaps but logically not good sufficient for one real photography. The camera can record up to 60 min of video, bar this is low quality and is not recommended.
Supplementary features comprise a WAP 2.0 browser, a voice recorder, speed dialing, image editor, calendar, alarm, memo, SMS and MMS with T9, world clock, converter, calculator, timer and stopwatch. Phones also include 10 polyphonic ring-tones.
Dimension is just 99.5mm x 49.5mm x 14 mm and weighing 80 g. The polish black finish on the boundaries in particular looks superb and the rounded corners make it simple to prize in your hand. Even with its very small frame, the E250 feels solid and well built and the spring-operated slider is solid, yet simple to glide open and closed. The E250 has a 2”, 65K color display, but this is absolutely the slightest agreeable feature of the phone. The display lacks crispness and clarity, has a reduced viewing angle, and is not easy to perceive in direct sunlight. Even with this, it should be sufficient to make most of the features. Under the display are controls consisting of a five-way navigational pad, two choice buttons, answer and end call keys and a clear key. Slid release, the E250 reveals a very comfortable and tactile keypad. The keys are effortless to press and are well spaced out, even with their little size. The E250 has peripheral volume control keys on its left part, beside the microSD card slot, whilst a proprietary earphone jack sits on the right side.
According to Samsung statistics, the E250 has a lower usual battery life. Up to 4 hours, talk time and 250 hours standby time is a little substandard. We found the quoted information almost spot on, having to charge the phone every two days.
