Sony Ericsson K800 is one of the handsets we were so anxious to test that we could hardly wait for the phone to be brought in the office. Its highly advertised Cyber-shot camera made us as restless as kids on Christmas morning. Once we got it and before we started working on this review we spent a good deal of time experimenting with the exciting 3.2 megapixel camera.
Sony Ericsson K800 mobile phone The Cybershot K800 is a dual-mode UMTS/GPRS phone. The handset of the Cybershot K800 mobile camera phone has a classic Sony Ericsson design, with a large screen and responsive, tactile keypad with a sleek and stylish dual front phone design. Turn the phone horizontally and there you have a digital still camera. Simply slide the active lens cover downwards and a user interface similar to that of a Cyber-shot camera automatically appears. A completely new feature developed by Sony Ericsson is BestPic, which ensures that you never miss' an important picture. Press the shutter button once and get 9 full quality 3.2 megapixel pictures to choose from in a time sequence - 4 pictures before and 4 pictures after the actual image you captured. All 9 pictures are displayed as icons on the display. Simply scroll backwards and forwards through the 9 images and save the ones you like best. I have this phone for at least four months now and I think it is excellent phone if people need a camera.
I am getting increasingly frustrated with: memory card is not being read after having had it only a few weeks. The screen tells me that the memory card is not installed, when it's right there in the phone! & before you say it, yes I have pushed it in so it clicks nicely into place.

I have got a sony ericsson k800i. this phone is so amazing for atleast the weeks I have used it. it has a crystal clear picture resolution and one can download any music and translate it as ringtone or message tone based on your style. it is one of the celphones I have been longing to own.
